TestVonics Services

TestVonics offers comprehensive calibration and repair services for all of our equipment, as well as several other manufacturers' equipment. TestVonics skilled technicians can calibrate and repair most Kollsman, Druck, GE Sensing or King Nutronics test sets and calibrators. Our technicians can ensure your equipment leaves our facility and perform the same as when it originally left the factory. TestVonics calibration facility follows the guidelines and requirements set forth in ANS/ISO/IEC 17025:2005. All calibrations are traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

TestVonics Calibration Lab features a Primary Pressure Standard and a variety of secondary standard for calibration of most air data equipment. All calibrations are traceable to NIST.

TestVonics Repair facility can repair most air data test equipment - from flightline testers to air data calibrators. TestVonics can overhaul air data equipment to working and/or like new condition.

TestVonics offers Training at our facility in New Hampshire USA. In addition, on-site training is also available worldwide. Courses cover test set and calibrator familiarization, operation, and calibration.

Equipment Shipping Recommendations

After you have received an RMA Number from TestVonics for your equipment, please pack the unit carefully following the instructions provided by TestVonics and ship to our facility located in Peterborough, NH. Upon arrival, equipment that is improperly packed or shipped is photographed and and damage (if applicable) is noted. TestVonics cannot provide warranty on equipment that does not ship back to the customer properly (in proper protective packaging and/or transit case).

When shipping through a common carrier, all equipment must be packaged properly to minimize the risk of damage. Test Equipment should always be packed in at minimum a double wall corrugated box with adequate foam or a transit container. Equipment that is not properly packed will be quoted for proper packaging materials. TestVonics will not warranty equipment that is not properly packaged for return shipment. Please follow proper equipment packaging instructions to ensure your equipment is protected in transit.

Return Procedure

All customers are requested to contact TestVonics prior to returning units for assignment of an RMA Number. RMA number requests can be made by contacting TestVonics (603) 924-5922. Customers are requested to provide a brief description of the reported problem so that it can be replicated at our facility.

Repair Costs

The level of repair and condition of equipment returned varies from unit to unit. For this reason, TestVonics typically cannot provide a firm fixed price or quotation until after the equipment has been inspected by our technicians. After the equipment is received, TestVonics can provide a more accurate or not to exceed price for the repair. TestVonics will only proceed with repairs after receiving approval from the customer.

Turn Around Times for Calibration and Repair

It is TestVonics goal to return units as soon as possible to the customer. Our turn around time is subject to current work load, customer approval delays and part availability. Calibration Only is typically 1-2 weeks, Repairs and Overhauls typically take 2-6 weeks. In some cases, services can be expedited for a nominal fee. Contact TestVonics for more information.
